1. General Principles

Our refund policy applies to any paid services or distribution packages provided by Karam Distribution & Licensing.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Because distribution involves manual review and digital delivery to stores, refunds are generally only granted if your content has not yet been processed or delivered to any platforms.

3. Rejected Releases

If a release is rejected due to formatting errors or copyright issues, fees are typically non-refundable due to the labor involved in quality control. You will be asked to correct the release instead.

4. Royalty Balances

Your earned royalties are distinct from fee payments. You may withdraw those balances per our standard withdrawal terms. They are not considered 'refunds'.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
